• ABOUT THE RESTAURANT:

    PLOV project is the flagship restaurant of the legendary Siberian chain.

    Located in the center of Moscow - at the intersection of the Garden Ring and the Malaya Dmitrovka street - the restaurant impresses with its scale: 2 floors, almost 1000 square meters, 200 landings and a sizeable veranda. The menu comprises an impressive variety of dishes, and combines the hits of international cousins. The restaurant presents the greatest choice of signature pilafs in the capital. Variations of the favorite dish are admired for their simplicity and originality: Pokeplov, Vegan’s Love, pilaf with seafood and classic Samarkand pilaf associated with your childhood. The Plov project restaurant attracts guests not only with delicious food, affordable prices, but also with special, truly astonishing atmosphere that is based on the following principle of work: "The value of restaurant visiting should be higher than the prices in the menu." The guest leaves the Plov project happy, the whole team works for this.

Bright interiors of the project were developed by the restaurateur and the author of concept. The kitchen is run by chef Vitaly Filippov (ERWIN. River. Sea. Ocean, Kraby Kubaby), the wine list is compiled by Vlada Lesnichenko, Ilya Medvedev is responsible for the bar list “Nikuda ne edem”).

Разместился ресторан в самом сердце Москвы на пересечении Садового кольца и Малой Дмитровки, заняв 2 этажа и почти тысячу квадратных метров, которые превратились в 200 посадок с внушительной верандой, спроектированных по индивидуальному дизайн-проекту ресторатора.
